Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.1-1 sessions may be rearranged according to availability, however this cannot be guaranteed.
If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Ignite will not be able to offer a refund but will reschedule if possible to do so
Monthly payments have been calculated based on a 46-week year, accounting for 6 weeks of planned breaks, which may include bank holidays, personal holidays, inclement weather, dance competitions or teacher absence. Refunds or credits will not be issued for these periods unless otherwise specified at the sole discretion of the provider. Any exceptions to this policy will be communicated directly to the affected parties.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you choose to cancel your subscription partway through a billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month. No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for the remainder of the month.
